What do you bring as a Restaurant Manager?

• Experience is desired, preferably with large groups, events, and tourism.
• Flexibility and variety are no problem for you.
• You are highly hospitable, friendly, and capable of leading a team.
• You speak both Dutch and English fluently.
  

This full-time position includes responsibility for:

• Fostering team spirit and overseeing daily operations
• Managing procurement and scheduling for service staff
• Implementing procedures and monitoring financial objectives

In this role, alongside the core team, you’ll oversee daily operations, anticipating guest needs from casual terrace visitors to those booking the entire venue. No day is the same. Need to accommodate an extra event next week? We’ll handle it. Expecting good weather tomorrow? No problem. With a keen eye for detail, you spot issues and resolve them promptly. A bustling venue is great, but delivering an exceptional guest experience is even better. Your personal touch, from planning to execution, is valued.
